PVP Addon Warfronts To Old Ones, Lets Play Domination: Karthan Ridge

Domination: Karthan Ridge, is a new Twist to Karthan Ridge. I guess Trion didnt feel like making a whole new warfront tso they stuck with the basic map from Karthan Ridge and Tweaked it a little bit. Not the best choice, but it is a interesting concept they have. For this warfront you need to hold onto spots, sorta like the Codex. However the points closest to your spawning point give you the least amount of points. The Points you need to hold onto closest to the enemy spawning point will give you the most amount of points. So from your spawn point to theirs the points slowly increase. It pretty much works like the codex though, you cannot capture something while being attacked and you need to wait for the cast bar to fill up before you actually have captured it. However the fighting strategy is defiantly different. It is more of a block kind of deal. A lot of people do not know that there are 2 more exits in karthan ridge then just the normal one straight out. there is one to the left and to the right, which drop you off at one of the corners depending on the path. Most of the time in this warfront, if your team can manage to press the other team to fight up at their spawning point. They will not even worry about any points until you guys are out of the way. So pretty much push forward in this one. However every now and then you get someone to use the side exits of the spawn and you will see your stuff start being captured again. Send 2 people out to go find and recapture while holding their team at their spawn point. As long as you can do that, it will always be a simple win for you guys. If you try to hold 3/5 things, then that will cause a lot of mass chaos and will be a very close game. In reality it is much much easier for you to hold all 5 things then it is 3/5. You may ask why. Well its really all in location. If you push them to the spawn point your only really defending 1 area. Your healers, dps, tanks, and support are all focused in one big giant group. They spawn at different rates depending on how quickly your killing them. So really they will be coming in small increments when you have all 5/5 and your in a big group. If someone dies on your team. It weakens you guys a little but as long as your heals didnt die then everyone else gets more heals till he gets back. If your trying to hold the basic 3/5 To win, that is a doom fail right there. You will have 3 small raid groups defending each place. and maybe not even, thats only on a lucky day, most of the time your group will be split into 2 large groups and maybe 1 or 2 people defending the area. That leaves you wide open for all kinds of problems.  Enjoy the Warfront they added.
